ACAIS-
Passenger (enplanement) and cargo data is contained in the Air Carrier Activity Information System (ACAIS), an FAA database comprised of revenue passenger boardings and all-cargo data. Among other data sources, the FAA conducts an annual survey of air taxi/commercial operators who may voluntarily report their nonscheduled revenue passengers on FAA Form 1800-31, Airport Activity Survey. The database supports the FAA's AIP apportionment calculations. Enplanement and cargo data is collected for a calendar year and determines entitlements for the next fiscal year.
